The best-kept secret in Mooresville.

Rebecca’s Reserve Langtree

A legacy at the lake continues.

Rebecca’s Reserve Langtree is the next chapter in the extraordinary legacy of Rebecca Ann Calhoun Carr. Located on the eastern shores of Lake Norman in Mooresville, Rebecca’s Reserve Langtree is a tribute to a remarkable woman whose love for land, lake and homes filled with warmth lives on in every detail.

This luxury neighborhood combines elements that Rebecca loved most: timeless design, connection to nature, and the feeling of truly being home, near the water. Tucked away in a quiet cove, this private gated community features 7 homesites— including 3 waterfront and 2 water-access— just minutes away from upscale amenities and transportation corridors.

Rebecca’s Reserve Langtree offers a balance of privacy, elegance, and convenience. It’s not just a place to live—it is a place to belong, to breathe, and to carry forward the quiet beauty that meant so much to Rebecca. We invite you to help us honor a legacy that continues to inspire.

The Story of Rebecca’s Reserve

Rebecca’s Reserve was created by Jerry Carr and Kim Carr Sailors in honor of their wife and mother, Rebecca “Becky” Carr, a woman whose deep appreciation for serenity, natural beauty, and meaningful living left a lasting impression on all who knew her..

The Carr family moved to Statesville, North Carolina in 1983, and Rebecca was immediately drawn to the natural beauty protected by Lake Norman State Park and the peacefulness of the water in Troutman.

Rebecca loved elegant, tranquil settings and had always admired Alys Beach, Florida, for its cohesive design and serenity.

Rebecca’s Reserve is a reflection of Rebecca’s vision and love. Each home is thoughtfully designed to honor her appreciation for natural beauty, timeless architecture, and meaningful living.

Water brought my mom so much peace. Whether at Lake Norman or traveling to new places, she was happiest near the water. Rebecca’s Reserve is inspired by her vision and love.
